DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! We have a glass cooktop thats inserted in the countertop & one burner stopped working. He pried the cooktop out of the counter using a screwdriver & no padding on the countertop. Youre supposed to push the cooktop out from the bottom. He tips it up on its side & is sliding the edges all over the countertops with still no protection & was banging the cooktop on the ***************** to the left that holds the oven.He tests the burner ************* bad. He says its not made anymore (which is true). He puts the cooktop back into the counter & is sliding the edges all over the countertop & banging it into the wall. The glass cooktop breaks. He says thats never happened to me before. I ask now what? He says maybe insurance? I say NO! Not my insurance! He says no, Ill have to check if ours will cover this. I knew right away his insurance comment was a stall tactic to get out of my house rather than doing the ethical thing & at least offering some money for his carelessness. Then he says I wont charge you for a service call, WOW!!!He said I will get a call the next day. He leaves & then I go look around the area of the cooktop & notice a bunch of scratches all over the countertops & a ***** on the backsplash.And Im still waiting for a callIve called numerous ********** never answers or calls back. And why 7 phone numbers on his website that all get forwarded to cell phone? SCAM!Then I drive to the address listed on the internet, ************************************* a building that appears vacant. I come across a woman cleaning an adjacent ************** tells me it was flooded a long time ago & theres no businesses operating from this address & she never remembers an Appliance repair business there. What, he picked a vacant building as his business address to look legit?I have his license plate on my ********* have him entering & exiting my home on video. The police have been ************** be contacting the BBB

We called this company to repair our refrigerator and they informed us that we had to replace the compressor. When we agreed to have them repair it for a high price, there were numerous delays and many times not returning our calls. They supposedly repaired our compressor. 17 days later the issues returned and I called them but they didn't call back until a day later. I told them it's within 30 days and still isn't repaired. They kept delaying for 4 days until they finally came out for repairs. 10 days later, the issues returned. By this time, we decided to get a new refrigerator. This company may have the knowledge to repair some appliances but lacks the proper customer service and professionalism to execute the job effectively.

ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! CONSUMER BEWARE!This was the worst technician and business I have ever encountered. My warranty provider referred me to work with him on a dryer repair. After waiting a month for parts, he came to do the repair. After he left, I ran the dryer for the first time in 3 months only to have water pouring out of the bottom of the dryer all over my hardwood floors and cabinet. The inside of the dryer cabinet has water damage - WHAT A DISASTER! I had paid him when he left my home. When I called him back to report the issue, he did not return phone calls. Just like the others have said NOT ONE SINGLE CALL BACK. I had to continuously call and finally threaten to have someone else complete the service. When he finally came to fix the dryer, he ADMITTED it was HIS NEGLIGENCE that caused the water flooding! In the meantime, however, I stopped payment on the check as I was certain he was not planning to return. When he did complete the service, I issued a new check via the mail. Upon receipt, he sent a nasty letter saying he voided my new issued check, charged me a $100 MORE for the service, along with a threat to take me to circuit court if not paid by date X! ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE BUSINESS - DO NOT PATRONIZE!!!
