Horrific customer service experience in front of my small children. Dominos was doing an emergency pizza promotion for those with student loans. I used a code for a free medium pizza. When I got there to pick up my ONE pizza, Dominos told me that they did not make my pizza and the code I used was invalid. Even though my order was marked as completed, they didn't make my order. They also didn't want to call me and tell me that they weren't going to make my order. Instead, they called me a scammer in front of my kids and told me that I was committing fraud (??) even though I legit had no idea that this code was full of drama. My friend just picked up his pizza and had zero issues with his. Dominos has been giving out $1 million worth of free codes for weeks (on *************************************************************************) so I really didn't think that this was any kind of anomaly. I think I just am really more disgusted at how the cashier berated me like I was a criminal for using a code that legitimately worked. This lady continued to tell me that if I wanted a pizza, I needed to PAY for a pizza. The way she literally pointed fingers and raised her voice at me made it known that I wanted nothing to do with this establishment. I did not feel safe here, not did I want my children to eat anything made by these people. One the way out, my SEVEN YEAR OLD heard a coworker tell the cashier that she was mean to us and the cashier said, "I don't care." Store **** should be ashamed of themselves. The manager hid behind the already made pizzas while he let his cashier berate me. He did not stop her as my children stood behind me wide-eyed as their mom was yelled at for trying to get them dinner. A family with two small children should not walk out of your establishment chastised for trying to put through an order that your system confirmed on multiple platforms as accepted and completed.

I order. A couple of pizzas. They over charged me. Cost for the 2 came to 25.99+delivery. I gave them a 3 dollar tip. The total charge was $37.79 I was over charged. They will not answer the phone.
