I made a mistake with an online booking for a golf tee time that was two weeks away. I immediately called the golf shop within minutes to notify them about my mistake and asked for a refund. I was told they cant do that. They are just going to take the $316 without providing anything.Business response

False/misleading advertising They have a family season pass advertised on their website for $1199, but don't or won't actually sell it online, in person or over the phone. I have contacted them several times via phone and have been told every time that this is not available to purchase by anyone and never has been.Business response

We are currently selling our Family season passes by email or phone. Our IT developer promised software that he could not produce. Therefore, we are manually processing the family season passes.Customer response

I brought 2 Progression Session Ski lessons for my grandkids on Jan 14, 2022. Total $90.00 The next morning I called and canceled them before the 24 hours , they told me to look for the refund in 2 weeks.After multiple e-mails and then personality going there and then more phone calls nothing has ever been credited to me #****** & #******, Sun, Jan 16th, 2022 at 12:00 PMBusiness response

My friend **** and I ride SnoGo ski bikes. Weve been riding them at *********** ski hill for 3 years. Up until last year they were the only ski hill in the area to allow them but last year Devils Head said we could ride them there and we went 8 times without any incidents or accidents.In July Devils Head sent an email offering a Monday-Thursday season pass for $199.00 and we both signed up. They took a $50 deposit out of our accounts at that time and $149.00 out in November. In December I drove there with my pass and the lift operator said no dice, I couldnt use it there. I went and talked to the General Manager, ***(dont know his last name)and he was under the mistaken belief that we wouldt be able to get on and off the lift safely, even though we did it a hundred times last year. So, since I dont ski or snowboard I said I would need my money back. He credited my account for the $150.00 and said he would credit the $49.00 shortly but that hasnt happened. Additionally, **** has not gotten any money back. He has called and left messages for *** twice and he wont return the call. I called last week with the same result.Hope you can help.-***
