On 12/16/2020 we had Aire Serv (West Allis) come to service our rental property @ ******* ** **** street, Upon their inspection, they stated basically, we needed a unit. At the time it was oil heating. They convinces us to convert over to electric furnance. They also stated we needed to replace the electrical return and exhaust and add a new gas line. We accepted and paid in full of $2,690.00. We recently had work being done again by Aire Serv (Oconomowoc) because the west-allis company closed and was brought out by them. They found out that the 2nd floor furnance that was replaced in 12/20 gas line was connected to the 1st floor unit and that tenant basically has been paying for their heating bill since 12/20 and didn't know it. It can be correct, but Oconomowoc wants $1,009.64 to repair it. It wasn't covered through West-Allis because they didn't buy out their contract. Oconomowoc only brought the customer list. I have tried contact ***** (West Allis) @ ###-###-#### and personal cell ###-###-#### at his new location in Texas. These numbers was provided by the Oconomowoc location. I have numerous messages and even talked to someone, but never a return phone call. So now we are dealing with a frustrated tenant who wants reimbursement on his heating bill and more out of pocket costs for us. We would like the repair fixed and possible reimbursement. I purchased a house in June 2023, just a couple of months ago. While we were in the inspection phase, the air conditioner was leaking water. The sellers had hired ***** ****** from Aire Serv to replace the ** unit outside and redo the lines inside. The service was paid for info, and everything worked for a couple of dates. Since then, we have had to have either ***** or his crew come out four more times to repair the issues that they were apparently causing on the unit. ultimately had decided that he would get us a new unit, and reimburse us for $1200. The unit and reimbursement was supposed to take place on 9/18/23. As of today 10/6/23, neither of these things have happened. And what makes matters worse, ***** nor anyone at Aire Serv will call me back or answer my calls.Initial Complaint

Aire Serv routinely sells a maintenance plan - where they come out and do routine cleaning of heater and AC and if any issues comes up, you get a discount on parts/service. I have used for 5 years. At some point they went from charging this per year to monthly. Since then, they struggle to set up the bi annual maintenance. I have had zero maintenance in a year+. I called a month ago to cancel ** no services provided and no return call to set up said service or to apologize and then, I was charged again this month. Called again, no return call. Overall the monthly charge is shady - they are not providing the services as promised and it is impossible to get anyone but reception who always states Ill let the manager know
