I met this person on ******** because he claimed to do marketing. I met him in person to go over creating my website and associate my logo with my business through ******* (invoices attached) A couple days go back without any updates so I call, message him asking for updates. He didnt answer nor responded to my messages. I then request a refund and he says he apologies for the no communication and says h*** refund me (screenshot of messages attached). A few more days go by, he still didnt complete the work I paid for not refund me my money back. So I made a post on ******** and he finally respond stating Im slandering his business and says h*** fully refund me when he gets back in town. At this point this man *********************** has blocked me on social media and icy calls no longer goes through. I need help resolving this issue.
