Purchased a dress. What was advertised was gorgeous. What was received was hideous and itchy and of amazingly poor quality. I tried live chatting with the company several times with no response. So then I emailed and they said they need a photo if damaged. It was just completely false advertisement. Plain and simple Ive uploaded 2 photos. First is what they advertised. 2nd is what I actually received.Customer response
