On Friday August 26th at 9:30am we took our dog **** in for a haircut around 1:30pm we get a call from *************** saying that when they were letting another dog out that our dog **** ran out the door and they couldn't find her, here we are 9 days later and still no signs of ****, we are extremely disappointed in *************** because they did Absolutely nothing to try and help us find our dog, we just want **** back!!Business response

they brought it in without a leash and collar people were walking in and the dog just ran out. They got the dog back

First off we don't have our dog back, I don't understand how you can run a business and never take a little accountability, I just didn't think you could go so low as to taking the lost dog sign down and then lying that we got our dog back you and the business are pathetic
