Order 1/8/23 Order ID ********* Sale code CXYM3 Item never received Multiple calls and emails over a 2 week period. No resolution. No call back. No email reply.Please refund $18.83.Business response

Thank you for the notification. This customer received a refund two weeks ago when I found a ****** review about the situation.
The leader of the group who I reached out to after the notification, said she was also trying to locate her shirt as it was done and completed and delivered to the school.
Obviously if we would have known she did not receive her shirt and tried every other avenue, we would have refunded her money. Everyone I talked to said there was 1 email sent about the situation and we were trying to find a resolution to it. FYI this order was delivered January 20th or so, so its not like she has been trying to get a hold of us for months with no answers..
$18.00 is not worth fighting over and obviously if someone did not receive a order for some reason, we would give a full refund.....
We have been in business over 40 years and would not be if that is how we treated our customers.....
