In April/May of 2022, I was at The Mecca to watch a basketball game. I ended up leaving keys to my car there. I called some point after and spoke to a gentleman at the restaurant who verified my keys were there and would place a note on the keys. Because of work and other commitments, I wasnt able to get there in a timely manner. I called again about a month or so ago to confirm my keys were still there. The lady who answered advised no, but they dont throw keys away and would check with someone and give me a call back. She never called back. I went up there today, 10/27/22, and was advised again the keys werent there, although they dont throw anything away. The manager was very rude and condescending. When I became frustrated and firm about what happened and what I was told, she said I was yelling and asked me to leave. She was never willing to assist and come to a resolution. She only wanted to talk over me and be condescending, no customer service at all. She was extremely rude! Again, they confirmed they dont throw away keys and should be responsible for any charges associated with having to replace the key fab and auto starter key that was attached.
