I bought a flight ticket with fareowise on 12/20/23 to ******* for around trip and I was only issued one way and they promise to send me the other ticket and the sent it 12/26 and when I got there they said it was a fake and I missed my flight and I am working early this morning then going for my hospital check up too .My account was charged a full total for the round trip .I am now making an extra expense beyond my expectations which I dont know who will cover for thisInitial Complaint

I booked a one way ticket to ****** **, from *********** ******. This company offered me a discounted fare on ********* Airlines. I was told by the company that I would receive my confirmation for my flight within four hours of my payment. I paid the company $177.20. After 12 hours I contacted ********* to make sure my information went through. ********* told me that I am in the system, but that my ticket was never paid for, and in order for me to fly, I need to purchase a ticket. This fraudulent site took my money, refused my calls, and even tried to change the phones number. I never received anything from them but lies, deflection and fraud. I requested a return of my money, and never heard from them again.
