Very similar to the previous review, we are currently experiencing the same. Bruce had one of his crews install our roof over the past four months. We discovered they were installing it incorrectly, notified Bruce, who acknowledged this and said they would fix this, though they did not, and continued installing the entire roof incorrectly. We have found numerous leaks as well. When my husband notified Bruce that we found numerous leaks and how frustrated we are that our brand new roof is leaking, Bruce's exact response was, "Things happen." Clearly, Bruce anticipates the roofs he installs to leak immediately after installation. Not one apology ever. Also, one of the crew members was climbing a ladder and fell through one of our windows, completely shattering our beautiful ***** window. They said they would replace it with a ***** or ******** window, as it should be equivalent, and instead had a cheap ******* window delivered. We've been waiting almost three weeks for them to come install that as well. To further demonstrate the level of integrity Bruce and his crew have, I was sitting in my kitchen one morning and observed one of the crew members walk across our driveway in front of our home and holding a roll of toilet paper. I walked to the window, and observed this man squat down and defecate on our property, then throw his used toilet paper on the ground, and walk back and begin working again. We have told Bruce countless times that we want the many leaks fixed, as well as our roof actually installed correctly and to code, and he continues to say they will fix it, and he continues to ignore us. This has been going on for months. We've also spoken with the company rep of the shingle maker and showed him pictures, who also confirmed our roof was installed incorrectly, which also voids the warranty. We have recently retained an attorney and are beginning to take legal action against Bruce now as well.
