We are pleased with our new roof . Salesman Jeff brought samples 2 times ,so I could be happy with my choice of shingles. He also helped resolve a billing concern . We did have a leak ,the night of the install . Had to do with the roof not sealing tight yet . Their inspector arrived shortly after I called and a repair was done that afternoon. Then the entire roof was checked again , some nails were calked . We would like to applaud the salesman, the project manager, the inspector, the roof repair carpenter & the 2 office managers .and especially the crew for the job they did and the cleanup afterwards .C & K Services, Inc. of Newburg Response

C & K replaced the roof on my house. The sales rep was very good at explaining my options and why he recommended the shingle that he did. The dumpster and roofing crew arrived on time. The crew worked quickly and were very respectful of my house and property. They cleaned up when finished. My roof looks very nice. The cost was reasonable.C & K Services, Inc. of Newburg Response

C&K just replaced our door yesterday. They installed a stained glass full view ProVia front door and storm door. We were very happy with the salesman, Jeff. The ordering process was pleasant. Jeff answered all our questions and showed us samples of the door colors and glass before we ordered the door. C&K received the door on schedule and installed it earlier than scheduled. The installers were prepared and installed the door in 5 hours. They did an excellent job and took away the old doors.C & K Services, Inc. of Newburg Response

We needed to replace our roof and decided to go with C&K. They were fairly priced, didn't over sell us and gave us the best quality workmanship for our investment. The warranty is also excellent. Ryan and his staff are professional and they cleaned up our home meticulously afterwards. Ryan is also very prompt in replying to any questions you may have along the way. Setting up the initial consultation with Ryan was easy also. Cindy in the office found a date and we met very shortly thereafter. C&K takes care of their customers like family. So happy with everything.

C & K installed the roof, gutters and soffits 7 years ago. Water is now running down the walls on the inside of my house. I contacted C&K. A rep came out and looked in the attic and said that my roof is leaking and someone would get back with me. That was 3 weeks ago and no one has called. I have a 25 year warranty but that does not seem to matter. C&K refuses to fix their own work. NO ONE SHOULD EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

I have never met or communicated with Laura. I met with who I am assuming is her son, who must have relayed what I said to her. Upon arriving at the appointment on the morning of 2/3/2022, I looked in the attic and saw excessive frost on the roof boards and asked him if the "leaks" occurred on the warm day just prior to his phone call. He said they did, and I explained to him that it most likely melted all the frost in the attic. He flat out refused to believe this and told me we are looking at a complete tear off because the roof is leaking everywhere. I then asked if he had experienced any leaks during the rain in the summer or at any point in the winter up to the day of his call, and he said no. I mentioned how while it’s not uncommon for a roof to develop a leak, it is almost unheard of for the entire roof to suddenly leak everywhere. I pointed out how he has proper exhaust ventilation and adequate insulation but is severely lacking intake ventilation. Intake ventilation is required for the exhaust vent to draw air fresh air in at the lower part of the attic and expel the moisture laden air out the exhaust vent system. I only saw one intake baffle in the attic area I checked and about half of the attic was visible from there. Adequate intake would have about 20 ventilation baffles in this area. What's compounding the problem is the fact that his attic access pulldown stairs hatch (in an interior hallway) is not sealed and is most likely acting as an intake for the ridge vent, drawing moisture laden air into the attic that is frosting on the cold roof boards. I let him know that I would see what could be done but most likely, we wouldn't be able to do anything until warmer temps. He said he gets that. My thoughts are that with the temps again above freezing (approaching 50 degrees on the day of her BBB complaint) it has melted the frost and is "leaking" again.I have never met or communicated with Laura.
