      I've been paying my rent through their management team and my we energies bill and now they said he stole the money and they don't know if they can get it back and it's going to my credit I gave them the receipt

      We have recently been made aware that there was an issue with rent payments that were made to a former employee.  We are looking into this issue and have been working on verifying deposits, ledger information and any receipts presented to us. We are working delinquently to resolve this issue.  We will reach out to this resident as we find additional information regarding their account.  Thanks

      Earlier this year I filed a complaint against the business and they didn't respond to the BBB. The BBB informed me the claim was closed. Gorman and Company responded the next day and called me a liar. I have proof that they lied to the BBB about contacting me before filing my complaint but was unaware that a claim could be reopened by them. I'm opening up this claim again to show that they have lied to the BBB. I will also be submitting another claim showing that they are compulsive liars and have damaged me financially. The original claim ID is: ******** I filed the complaint about not being given contact information for any supervisor or having my issues addressed for multiple weeks on January 27, 2023 at 12:03PM. The BBB contacted the business via email about my complaint that very day. We got an email later that afternoon from a random supervisor with a very short answer and to respond with any questions. We responded right back and she waited til the next week and never got a phone call until the next month even. This supervisor/both of these individuals/this entire company are liars and have lied to the BBB. In their own response to the BBB about this complaint, they state "In early February I contacted ********************** by phone to discuss the leak break options at the Alexander lofts...etc... The complaint states the manager would not provide her supervisors contact information, which is not true, I am the supervisor for this property and person." They literally said they didn't contact me until early February...AFTER I HAD ALREADY COMPLAINED IN JANUARY TO THE BBB. They are saying I am being untrue. They are lying to the BBB. This company is a company of LIARS.

      Landlord of apartment complex is withholding information from **. Will not respond to our emails and will not have her supervisor or boss contact us like she stated. She is not concerned about our safety and well being. Have asked multiple times to speak to someone above her to complain and get the help I need, she refuses. She made a mistake on our lease and then dissolved our lease and took our money. She now will not dissolve this second lease. Would like to pursue a lawyer, the news and the police.

      A few months ago, ********* received a new apartment manager. *** lived here for almost 10 *********** never once had a problem with any apartment manager! Now me & other tenants have received 5 day eviction notices (without any warning) also numerous late fees when my payments are not late, I always pay my rent on ***** *** have numerous charges on my account that I dont know what they are for. *** talk to ******* who is the new apartment ******************** dont know who she is & both of them spoke to me extremely rude & very unprofessional, using vulgarity. *********************** up the phone on me, I have witnesses to both of these conversations on 10/14/2022. They could not explain to me where the money has gone to. Im not the only tenant that this has happened to numerous other tenants have told me that they have had the same problems with *******. Since *** moved into RIVERWALK almost 10 years ago, *** never had so many problems with the apartment manager on top of that Ive had the same problems with my ************** since Ive moved in. They dont ever fix the washer, they are so old that they try to fix them but nothing works & its difficult when theres numerous different maintenance people coming & going. Nothing gets fixed with it. Its still the same problems with the ************** I have to pay $35 for the ************** it should work! Why should I pay for something that doesnt work that doesnt make sense! With rent at over $800 almost $900 a month. They can replace the **************. I even offered to bring my own ************** in here & if anything went wrong I would fix it myself because the washer has ruined numerous clothes of mine. My electric bill is so high because of the ************** & I would move, but I cant find a place She refused to give me somebody higher up to speak with. She doesnt own Gorman & Company. Im a single mother *** cant afford all these numerous charges. This isnt right! I need somebody to help me please!

      Its been 3months , I havent received my security deposit form this house rental company. I been calling ***** the company head manager. They havent sent me any paperwork statement that I owe anything. I sent emails, and written to them requesting my deposit but no ones has yet to reached out to me. Also The lady, in the ********* office named ******* had mistakenly put a charges on my account that was supposed to be fixed. But she never took a look into it she claimed.

      Upon move out the household did not follow move out protocol by proving a move out address, and leaving the apartment in quality condition.The apartment that was vacated required a number of repairs and time/materials to restore to lease ready. The charges associated with the repairs and maintenance were explained in detail on the final account statement.
