As a combat veteran I hired this company to build me a home after I served my country from 1987 to 2005. During my time in the service I was injured and became a quadriplegic with a spinal cord injury. Ive had 2 spinal surgeries please others since my time serving my country. They were to build a home to accommodate me and it turned out to be a complete disaster. They never over seen the workers. They fired the person who was in charge of over seeing the build. His name was chuck. This builder never honored their warranty and violated the contract as a builder and also against the American disability act. They left my home unsafe and incompetent. I have flooring failing within a year. Ive had a waterline leak as it wasnt properly installed. I had over 14000 in damage. They hired a contractor who wasnt certified to install LP siding and as of today it was be removed and replace. I have doors that door close and subfloors failing everywhere. I have pictures of all their work. They were to build me a shower to accommodate for my injuries and the person spot tiled the wall and need sealed the walls. Ive had to replace all whole shower. They are the most dishonest people and will lie to do anything for a sell. When it comes to fix things they have zero integrity as a builder. Im suing them and my homeowners insurance is also. Im would tell anyone who decides to build with them to come see my home first and see what they did to a honorable service member who served and became a quadriplegic doing so. ***********************************************

My wife and I recently purchased a Condo from Helen Holmes. The service we have received from Kim at the office that coordinates the work, Matt who is responsible for all new construction, and Steve who is the warranty coordinator has been exceptional. Everyone has responded in a timely fashion, and very professional. The customer service is outstanding!
