      I arrived@8p and I checked into the room 1-13-24.I paid ***** and my confirmation# was 8256EE09567.My room was 105 ,I decided to leave@11p,because the heating system was broken,It kept on running cold and high and the system,and I could not tolerate temp. It fluctuated from ***** degrees. I was refused a refund. The address Days INN N5781 *****************. Wyndham *******,** ************ confirmation # *****EE009567

       air condition we have all are energy efficient  if you set up on 70 degree then once it reach 70 degree it will stop automatically. we checked room 105 and air conditioner work perfectly

      fine . we can give 30 $ refund for not staying full night

      I would like to share pictures of the Saturday "hot breakfast" with no eggs, meat, bagels, milk, yogurt - most everything EMPTY. And the manager was nowhere around. Never there for questions. And including pictures of our door not fully closed (Room 202) and our shower tub not draining - disgusting to stand in filthy water - the manager said he couldn't do anything to help. Would have to use a phone to call them to come to the desk. At 9am on Saturday Dec 30th, there was no breakfast food out for our family of 6 to eat. We couldn't shower and had to use a relatives shower elsewhere. When I called the front desk guy to come out on the first nite of our 5 day stay, to tell him the shower wasnt draining, he offered to give me a new shower curtain. How does that help? I asked to switch rooms and he said he couldnt help. And when I called for a front desk person to come out so I could ask where the local post office was the guy said he didn't know. We are from out of town, but how do they not know? We had to ask the gas station clerk for help. The whole experience was gross and awful. We paid for hot food and didn't get it - we had to leave by the time I had complained, and they refilled the food - they didn't attend the breakfast guests - they sit in their room instead of at the front desk or breakfast area. We want to be reimbursed for the gross shower /tub which we could not fully utilize with the 6 of us and for the breakfast that we paid for and did not fully get. Our total bill was $742.02 and it was an awful, uncomfortable stay with no one to rectify the situation at the hotel. We did not get what we were sold or paid for. ******** and ********************* ************ is my cell. And I have pictures of the shower not draining, empty food trays at 9am on Sat and our door that didn't fully close for safety and privacy. Thank you.

      Customer was stayed here 5 night in joining room while they was asked for breakfast our breakfast person was preparing breakfast for them  and provided them . its take only 10min to prepare egg and sausage .While they was here they never notified they have any other issue. we have 24/7 front desk and any time the can dial 0 from room or we have phone on desk if desk person busy with other work they can dial 0 from the phone . if customer have that many issue then we can change room  for them . if still they don't want  to stay  in hotel they have option to change hotel and we can give them refund and  give that room to somebody else .

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      Please see all of the pictures I attached of there being NO food.  On the first night I did ask the guy at the front desk for a NEW room with a tub and shower that actually drained - he said he could NOT help me.  The front desk is NOT manned - there is a phone to call and it takes them a while to come to the desk.  I want a refund for the food we paid for and did not get (see pictures) and for the multiple issues I mentioned in my first statement.  If this does not resolve, I will continue to write complaints, and have already filed one with the Wyndham.   Your business response clearly does not address the empty breakfast food trays, which should NEVER be empty if someone is monitoring and refilling them.  As a matter of fact the guy said he had NO more of some items and it was only at 9am with many people and other guests waiting to eat.  I will not stop complaining until we are refunded because we did not get what we paid for.
