Well i sent blaze auto parts $ ******* for a motor that after i paid they told me that the price didnt include tax so they said i owed more money so ive been trying to get my money back ever since . Look when they told me it was gonna be more money i immedietly asked for my money back and they said i had to call back the next day because of the manager or something they lied because they wouldnt take my call and ive been trying to get my money back ever since. Now this has been way long enough for them to sort out whatever they have to do because they told me that the money i paid was all i had to pay until after i paid and then they tell me that tax and shipping was seperate AFTER I PAID and thats why i immedietly asked for my money back and they didnt like that so they said i had to call back the next dayInitial Complaint

On April 25th I ordered a motorcycle vest from this company. It arrived far too small than advertised and smelled horribly of mold and mildew. It appears it was wet, shrank, dried, and subsequently sold, to me. They do not respond when trying to send back. I want my $102 refunded and a shipping label provided, otherwise it's going in the garbage and I will file a claim with my bank.Initial Complaint

We ordered a transmission for a truck from Blaze Auto Parts. The sales order # is SO-***** and the order date is 2-21-2022. It was shipped to ********** in ****** **. The part was received and installed. The truck ran less than a day and the transmission went out. The mechanic, ***, and ***** tried to call the business several times and were told the person was unavailable and no one ever returned our calls. It has been 2 months of continued calling and nothing has happened. The amount charged to us was $1,469.84 for the part that is junk. It is our understanding there is a 90 day warranty-which the truck didn't even run one day. Please help us with with issue. Feel free to contact me for anything else. I was trying to purchase a motor for my ******************************** which I paid a little over $400 for the first installment they never took the remaining money and then lied to me constantly stating that the motor had been shipped one day the following time I call for a checkup the truck had wrecked by this time we still had not received a tracking number they said they were sending another truck to get the motor how could they ship a motor without the remaining balance paid this was done in February and still have not received any tracking information or the product. Date of transaction: 2/16/2022 Order ID: ****** Total paid: $3,191.84 Purchased a 6.8L V10 engine for a **** **** F450, was told I was purchasing a used engine, guaranteed to run and tested prior to shipping from their warehouse. I received the engine about 2 weeks after, noticed holes in the valve cover and could see sludge buildup in the top of the cylinder heads, pulled valve cover and saw rust build up on the camshaft indicating the engine had not been run in several years and had been exposed to the elements. Contacted the company that day and was told to use the parts off my core engine to replace broken ones, and a supervisor would be contacting me. I was not contacted by a supervisor, called the next week and was told the supervisor had left early and to call back next day. Called the next day and was told the supervisor was on vacation. Once I did talk to a supervisor, I was told to contact the junk yard that the engine came from. Received a call from All Pro Auto Parts (the junk yard the engine came from in Georgia), told them what was going on with the engine, was told they would contact Blaze Auto Parts and somebody would be contacting me with a resolution. Another week passes and no contact from anyone, I send emails to Blaze Auto Parts looking for a resolution, was referred back to All Pro Auto Parts. Received a call from All Pro Auto Parts again and explained everything again, was told I would be refunded some of what I paid and only charged the amount that they charge for a rebuildable engine but I would have to contact Blaze Auto Parts to get it. I have sent emails to Blaze Auto Parts asking for resolution and keep getting told I will receive a call, I have not received any calls from either business. I have disassembled the engine and taken it to the machine shop, I currently have a **** for approx $900 in machine work and $1200 in rebuild components to get this engine operational.Initial Complaint

On Feb 16, 2022 put a ****** deposit down for an engine that I never recieved, about a week later I was told the engine was no good and requested a refund which I was told I would recieve in 3-5 days. I gave them plenty of time to refund my money and every time I ask where said refund is, I get the run around. I would like my ****** deposit back. Please nooone use Blaze Auto Parts theyre terrible.Initial Complaint

Purchased an engine from Blaze auto with a 4 month **************** they overcharged, then took forever to send engine. The engine finally showed up and was defective ( bad compression in cyclinder). This caused the buyer to have to pay a mechanic twice to pull bad engine, which was Blaze auto fault for sending a bad engine. Now there not sending a replacement engine for the warranted engine until they receive the bad engine back, which means storage fee's for waiting on there mistake and and having to pay the mechanic twice for install whenever the replacement engine arrives. Bad business due to the fact that if they sent a good engine the first time on time and because they sent a bad warranted engine, they should have paid for second install.
