On January 7th, 2022 I had my hair done at Point of Beauty. On January 8th I called the stylist (owner Lien?) and told her I was not happy with the results of my hair because it was all one color and I had paid $245 for a high-low that I had share pictures of. I did make mention the day of that I couldn't see the high low when she asked. She said yes this is high low and rushed me out. When I spoke to her she did say to come back in on the 10th and she would fix it, which I did. When I got there I kept saying thank you for making it right but when she walked me to the chair she repeatedly told me there was nothing wrong with it and made me feel threatened and I had to walk out upset and very uncomfortable. I paid $245 out of a $300 gift card and I would like to be compensated back due to the fact I did not get a high low and she made my hair awful. I feel if she was willing to fix it she should not have put me in the environment she did. I literally walked out in tears from this ******** have added pictures but they do not do justice. I do have statements from people that made comments of my hair being blotchy and one tone. I want to be refunded for being miss treated by this business and not getting what she said she could do. The pictures that are uploaded were taken the day I had it done and sent to her.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer II was given $55 which was the balance left on my $300 gift card after I had my hair done at Point of Beauty. I am requesting that the $245 that I paid for the cut and color be refunded. I asked for a high low and I got one color and much darker than I asked (from picture) once I contacted the business of my issue it was told to me that they would fix it. When I went in to have it fixed I was made to feel it was my fault all the way to the chair in front of customers and I felt uncomfortable being in the building to the point I had to leave in tears. I felt threatened to the point she was not committed to making it right. I am asking for what is due to me which is $245. I did not get what I paid for and due to the way it was handled. I will continue to pursue the matter until reimbursed what is clearly owed.
