When I bought the vehicle there was a fog light assembly out on the passenger side of the vehicle. Brought it down to get the seat belt assembly fixed but he forgot about agreeing to the fog light. He wrote the info down. Emailed him. Wont email me back about the light. I even told him to send it to me and Ill fix it. I just want the assembly sent to me. Thats it.Business response

I am not sure where he is getting that we said we would take care of a fog light. I have looked into all of our communication via email and text and the first I heard about a fog light was when he emailed in March to ask if the fog light was covered under his warranty, to which I responded that it was not. Now he is suddenly telling me that we have promised him that we'd cover it. I cannot find in any communication with him that any of my employees here have promised him that at all.Customer response
