Instead of taking responsibility for their poor quality work, they made excuses for their poor quality work none of which were true. They actually put the blame on us, the customer. Do not hire these people to put in an underground sprinkling system. Like us you will be sorry that you didn’t go with a company that specializes in this type of work. The owner of this company is arrogant and makes nothing but excuses instead of taking responsibility. Will never use this company again for anything. I would suggest you stay away from them unless you want to be disappointed in the work they do.Review from RMoore

Incapable of meeting commitments and building relationship! When we confronted the owner of this company about our concerns, we were faced with defensiveness, excuses, lies about agreed to deadlines. We were abruptly abandoned and left with unfinished work. Despite having a ***** and open discussion at the onset of our business with the vice-president about our need for open communication, we struggled multiple times to get updates on scheduling. We tried to reconcile with the owner several times after the initial confrontation to only be told to not come to the business, that we had threatened their employees (we did not), not to call the business. Any further communication to ensure we have no balance remaining has been met with a demand that we contact their corporate lawyer.
