In Nov. 2023 I referred Mr. ********************* to a disabled woman to help clean her, walls, ceilings, heating vents , and attic. He told her that he would come and do the work at $100.00/hour. He sent his 3 teenage children and they only poorly dusted the 1/2 up the walls with rags and ceilings only. No soap and water was used. All the areas verbally agreed to be cleaned were not done. They presented her with a bill for $1,600.00 for 3.5 hours worth of work! The elderly woman expected the owner ***** to do the work himself and he wasn't even present at the time of service. I went to her house and actually washed the walls and ceiling with soap and water and they were absolutely filthy! The agreed upon service was not completed and he swindled $1,000.00 out of a disabled woman that did not get the verbally agreed up service that she hire ***** himself to do and not his underage children. She thought the bill was supposed to be $350.00. Not $1,600.00 or $1,000.00. I called to ask him to return some more more to her and him refused to talk to me and hung up on me. Please convince the owner to return $650.00 to this disabled woman *************************** and a written apology mailed to *******. This is the desired outcome that we'd like to reach with Mr. *********************,Business response

Many of the accusations are unfounded and not true. I was very clear as to the charges. Employees were not all teenagers. Only one was. The other 2 were in their mid 20's and as a group we have over 30 years of experience in this field. Job was completed and discount given because of claim as to not understanding.
