On January 20 2022 I received my truck from repairs from this shop mind you a snow storm was finishing that day so my truck was covered with atleast 6 inches of snow I had to clear to drive it home..it was setting outside in the storm. January 22 that Saturday was the first day the snow had melted enough that I could inspect my truck and found the bumper that they had installed was loose the fender had no damage and now it has what looks to be a razer blade cut in it...my brush guard was damaged...screws were left out...the lights they replaced are very dim compared to the ones not replaced the fog light doesn't fit the bumper they replaced..the paint isn't close to the rest of the truck the interior door panel was stained with something nothing on the front end lines up my Hella light covers are damaged and the truck wanders on the road that they said they did a alignment to. That is just what I can see..not sure of the repairs I haven't found as of now...this was a collision that happened while my truck was setting in my driveway. I have contacked the insurance agent responsible for repaired and he has a apathy attitude about it which is nationwide.I also contacted the company that did the repairs but I am worried that my truck will encounter more damage concidering they had it for two months and I received it with more damage than I I left it with. I do have pictures of all damage to the truck before and after repairs...the truck is a 2015 tundra but only has 14000 miles and very well taken care of...I washed and waxed the vehicle before I dropped it off for repairs. The truck was show room quality before the collision and looks like a junker now.

The vehicle in question was dropped off for repairs and the customer stated that he did not want repair or refinish performed on his right fender. The paint was cracked on the edge. He stated that he did not want the factory paint disturbed for that, that it would rust if it had aftermarket paint. This is time stamped in our system. Once the supplement damages were approved, we called to advise the customer of an updated estimated completion date. At this time the customer asked us to buff his left headlamp to match the new light replacement. The customer called in one week after picking up stating that we damaged his fender that he advised at drop off not to fix, due to disturbing the OEM paint and causing further corrosion. The customer also stated that there was damage to his brush guard, as well. The customer had also stated that he purchased new parts and wanted to repair it after us. He stated that he had all new, OEM parts ordered for his 2015 Toyota Tundra. We advised the customer to bring the vehicle by so we could look at the brush guard. We did have prior damage photos of the vehicle (brush guard included) to look at. He stated that he would not bring the vehicle to us to look at in attempt to prevent any further damage. We advised him without seeing the vehicle in person, we could not offer anything further. The customer refused to bring the vehicle by for inspection, corrective repairs, etc. The customer proceeded to make posts via ********, call the Insurance Commissioner, call ********** ********* Company, etc. The customer stated that he would only be happy with a full refund for repairs. We advised that the vehicle would have to be inspected. No action can be taken further on our end if the customer is refusing to bring the vehicle to our facility. N********* Insurance Company did a re-inspect of the vehicle and found that all repairs were insurance quality repairs.
