I got a parakeet from Island reef and the guy dropped her day one I got her on the 31st about a month ago and she had heavy breathing since they say they had warranties all over the store saying seven day this 7 day that I never once was told or saw a sign about a 7-Day return if problems let alone they should not be giving birds they drop two people I should have never took this bird that he dropped she ended up dying dropped dead out of no where I am severely upset she was fine this morning and then a couple hours later dead no signs she was sick I thought the heavy breathing was the transition but it wasn't and I didn't know I asked a friend that works at ******** vet she said it died of possible heart attack which can be caused through the fall I'm beyond upset Evan ******** and reviews says don't get from this company all the animals die wish I checked reviewsBusiness response

Ms. ****** called a month after she had purchased the bird to say it deceased. We offer a 7 day health guarantee on birds, customer must bring deceased bird & receipt. We do have warranty posted throughout the store including at both checkout counters. (see attachment)Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[You probably just put those signs up because we didn't see any if not then they were hidden we were not told nor we did not see any and it should have been pointed out but no one told us about that let alone he dropped the bird before giving it to us action needs to be done]
