I bought a car, it was sold as it but they did not disclose that there was no airbag. the airbag diagnostic unit is bad as well.

My name is **** ****** and I am the owner of K&A used autos. I received a complaint form from your office for one of my past customers ****** ***s. Sorry for the delay in my response, I'm reaching back out to your office as soon as I saw the papers. I read over the complaint from *** **** and his statement about the airbags in a 2006 Nissan Murano he purchased. I would like to start off by stating when I received the papers from your office that was the first I had heard anything from *** **** since he made the purchase from my car lot on October 7,2021. *** **** and I communicated through ******** messenger prior to his purchase. *** **** never tried to contact me about any issues with his vehicle anytime after he had bought it, especially within the 3 day cancel frame. When *** **** bought the vehicle from my lot, there were no lights on the dash. I also noticed in the paper work *** **** submitted that he didn't take the vehicle to be looked at until November 16th, 2021, which falls from the 3 day cancel date also. I try to be fair to all my customers and sell good running used vehicles but also when buying a used cars they can develop issues and I try to explain to all my customers these are USED cars. Thats why at every sale I have my customers sign the AS IS LAW, to protect them and me.
IN CONCLUSION I AM GOING TO SUMMIT THE LAST TIME *** **** AND I HAD CONTACT, WHICH WAS ON ******** MESSENGER ON OCTOBER 7,2021 AND ALSO THE BILL OF SAL* ******* SIGNED AND THE AS IS HE SIGNED THAT DETAILS THE 3 DAY CANCEL CONTRACT.
