I visited this eye doctor to get glasses. Once I picked up my glasses they didn’t seem correct. One lense seemed very strong. I was not even able to wear them. I went back to the eye doctor. They checked my eye sight with the glasses in and said they were correct. Advised me to wear them for about 6 weeks to “get use to them”. I can’t even wear them for 15 minutes without feeling sick. I advised them of this. I have just recently had a new eye exam & had the glasses looked at in a vision lab. I was told that one lense is WAY to strong for my vision. I also have a copy of my actual prescription to verify this & you are welcome to contract the new vision center. I would like the glasses fixed with the correct prescription at no cost or the benefits replaced back on my vision insurnace so I can go get a new pair of glasses that I can actually wear.Business response

Our office received your complaint from Ms******** in the mail on 05/15/2022. On 05/16/2022 I called Ms. ******* at (304)670-7849. I left a very detailed message along with a heartfelt apology. I told Ms. ******* that we would do whatever remedy she wanted, whether it be re-examining her, or using her current outside RX to remake the glasses. I left my name as well our phone number, and to please contact our office so that we could rectify this situation.. I have never had a phone call, email or message of any kind from Ms. *******.
On 05/27/2022, I received another letter from you stating that we have not responded. Please know that I did respond.
