On 7/25/2022 I had a plumbing issue with my toilet so I called Mr. Rooter. The technician came and immediately used a snake on my toilet, was there a half hour and charged me $737. He did not use a camera first to see what the problem actually was The toilet was not fixed so I called again and then he came back and said I would have to pay another $300 for someone with different equipment to come and do another procedure. He broke my flange, he scratched my brand new toilet, he broke the bolt on the left side of the toilet and my toilet was leaking. When the second technician came he used the camera first and said a clog wasn't the problem and a snake wasn't going to fix it. They should have used the camera first to see what the problem was before just using a snake and breaking my toilet and then charging me $737!!! I tried contacting the business several times and have gotten no results. I had to get someone else to come and fix my toilet. I want my $737 dollars refunded!

On April 29th, An Mr. Rooter tech was dispatched to my home to snake a mainline as per requested, said "tech" ran a snake threw the mainline cleanout, instead of trying to snake it multiple times, he ran a snake in my basement floor drain trap, and in the process broke the the "S" section of the casting off, Said "tech" then ran a camera down the mainline and quoted $5694.41, Because of a shift in the mainline, said "tech forgot to mention the damage he caused and packed up and left.. With the "S"' section gone sewer gases were left to leak in my basement and I came home to a rotten smell and a dry basement drain, IDK if these "techs" know that Methane gas & H2S are highly dangerous especially in enclosed areas, but it shows a lot! I spoke with a "Manager" to get this resolved and all i heard was a very condensing man with 30 years of experience... My family could have been killed with an open sewer leak, and these people should be ashamed of themselves! I will be using a LLC Plumber from now on, $355 is pretty pricy to get a line snaked from people who are not licensed

Had this company 2 times to fix sewer lines outside. The price was extremely high but needed to be done. Within 2 weeks of their work had sewer line problems with other side of the house. Called a different company. And this time the sewer department from Dillonvale came to inspect, not knowing that Mr. Rooter did not have permits or inspection done. The downspout from my roof they tied into sewer line and that is illegal, now I have to reroute the downspout and pay for additional labor. I tried to call the company but no response. I want reimbursed part of the almost $11000. that I paid them for 40 feet of work. Now I have the village here asking why it was done as it was.
