The service department at kia is horrible. Dropped off a 15 Sorento for an 8 A.M. appointment on 4/08/2022. Dropped it of before noon on 4/07/2022 and my wife was told it would be prepped and ready for repair the next morning. By 11 A.M on 04/08/2022 the car had not been touched. We live 80 miles away, round trip (gas is 3.94 per gallon). After several phone calls to Kia of Cheyenne and corporate Kia, both Will and Marty LIED to their boss and corporate about the time the Kia was dropped off. If you want to buy one, check Fort Collins or Greeley reviews for your warranty work before buying. We have been fighting this A.C. problem since mid 2021. Either parts not available from Kia (really a 6 year old car, no A.C. hose) or "we" ordered the wrong part. Told twice it would be done by the end of the day. No phone calls, we had to call them. They close at 6 p.m., we live 40 minutes away. Can't wait for a phone call at 5:30 P.M. on a Friday when the service department is closed on the weekends. It is my understanding that they were having work done at the dealer they purchased the vehicle from. They brought it here and dropped it off last night 4/7/22. They were not promised a time when it would be ready. They wanted to use theIr warranty company but would not give us their information. We said we could get it done today sometime before three. They wanted us to give them the part without paying for it. They got mad and left. They gave us a bad review sent us a nasty email and they aren’t even our customer. Sorry we could not exceed their expectations but I don’t think anyone can. We don’t really want to do business with them. I’m sure they burned a bridge where they purchased the vehicle. If they apologize to my service manager they can pay for what ever repairs we make. If not then they are welcome to go somewhere else.
