I had reached out to the business within a few hours after I had placed the order to cancel due to an unfortunate circumstance involving a family members death. The product was purchased for a party that has been cancelled due to the sudden loss. The business knowing aware of the cancellation request still shipped out the product so they wouldn’t be able to refund it. They state in their policy that they would try to accommodate but they didn’t even ask the reason for cancellations of any sort.Business response

I have tried reaching out to this Dope Slimes business for a resolution to this issue twice now, and both times giving them more than the allotted time they ask for to respond. Yet, I have still heard nothing back from them. There seems to be no other way to get this handled, than to try reaching out this way now. My daughter received faulty slime. She literally got less than 10 minutes of play time before she had to “rehydrate” when according to their website she should have gotten a few hours at least before needing to “rehydrate”. The slime they sent has to be a bad batch. We have followed their directions to rehydrate, but nothing has worked. It has now shrank drastically in size and is still complexly hard and stiff. I would like a new one sent to her because this is t right. She spent her own money after seeing their videos of how cool it was and now she will never support a business like this again. This is just so frustrating that we can’t seem to get in contact with Dope Slime and come to a resolution.Business response

Hello,
The customer had an issue with the quality of the product and reached out to us about the issues. We offered the customer a reshipment of a different slime to replace the one she had purchased on Jan 31st. The customer agreed to a replacement slime and that was shipped out on Feb 1st. I hope the replacement slime has resolved the initial complaint.

Order #******. This was ordered on November 27,2022. As of now, December 6, 2022 there has been no movement on my order. When contacting the seller, no answer or response via phone or email. According to their message, orders should be processed 1-2 days later factoring the holidays, then shipped via first class. No tracking for my order, no communication either. I want a refund or my order with a clear tracking number with the item received by no later than Tuesday, December 13, 2022.Business response

Attached documentation should cover all these details, but let me know if there’s anything else I can provide. Package from seller arrived on time (4/1/2022) but the package contents was almost completely empty. Immediately I followed the appropriate steps to report the missing items and requested a refund (store credit) if the item was not in stock, or a replacement of the item if it was still available. About a week later (4/8/2022), I inquired of the status of my request since I had only received an automated confirmation message from the seller telling me that the request was received. In response to my inquiry on 4/8, that same day someone from their customer service team informed me that my request was denied. Accompanying their message was a broken URL to their return/exchange policies. I asked for additional feedback from the service team since I received no information to support their determination and a broken link to their policies page. Thus far I have heard nothing from the seller since, even after pinging them one additional time for an explanation on 4/13/2022. I am requesting a full refund of the missing items in cash, not store credit.
