I purchased a DNA test kit for $261.00 from GeneFood on 1/16/2024. The test kit arrived in the mail and I returned it with samples as directed. GeneFood received my kit on 1/29/24 and I was told it would take "approximately 4-6 weeks" to notify me of my results. It is now 4/16/24 and I do not have my results. I contact GeneFood via their online email *********************************** twice and called on 4/16 (call goes right to voice mail) to inquire about my results. GeneFood has not answered any of my attempted methods of contact.Business response

***** is a valued customer. The support desk first heard from her on 4/16/24, and we spoke twice by phone. We tried and failed to find prior email correspondence. After first learning of the issue on 4/16/24, we fixed the problem one hour after receiving her call and ***** now has full access to her account. Later that ****************** made a second Gene Food purchase by subscribing to our Health Intelligence product. It is our understanding that the issue has been resolved, but we are happy to speak with ***** again and answer any questions she may have. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and regret what seems to be a misunderstanding with *****'s account.Customer response
