In the spring I called Weed Busters to schedule an appointment for the property I was planning to sell. Months went by with no call back and the house closed with new owner in July. Then I got a bill from weed busters for service. I called the new owners agent and asked if the weed busters had sprayed blue film onto side walks and such as they never called me to schedule that? The agent stated that there has not been anybody come by to spray let alone any evidence of blue film on the ground to indicate they came. I called Weed Busters to ask why they never called me back to schedule and that the property they are trying to bill me for no longer belongs to me and furthermore there is no evidence they even came. They will not return my calls and continue to send me bills for a service I never got to schedule or agree to, and I honestly don’t even think they did go to the old property as the new owners would not have been able to miss the bright blue spray.Customer response

I sent a complaint today and the business finally took my call and told me to throw the bill away and they apologized. Her name was Carolyn. Thank you!
