I made a claim on 2nd sep 2023 for my stolen car which was hardly 1.5 years new purchase. First I was not given information about the rental has to be booked by them , they just told me that you have **** towards your rental , after that they told me that once your adjuster is assigned, she will get in touch with you . After 2 days when I dont get a call , I called back to check what is happening. They gave me the information of my adjuster, as clearly she didnt call , I tried calling her . It always went on voice mail . After 7 days of calling the call centre back and forth and asking for the problem to be escalated they told me the adjuster working on your case is no longer with the company, it almost looks like a **** to me . Dealing with the stress of losing the new car , they didnt make my life any easier but difficult. After 2 proper weeks the manager replied with a new adjuster information, she got in touch with me and told me they are working on it . 4 weeks passed . I am still here waiting for their email replies for days of if the cheque was shipped. The claim was opened in 2nd sep and its 6th Oct today, I am still without a car as I dont have the payment. They told me once the settlement is offered ( 3rd Oct ) , 4 days after you give your rental back as you would have the check in a day . Its been two days and I still dont have the information but my rental is not extended and neither I have the money . The insurance didnt pay for my tires and rim and keyfob , when I asked for an explanation she said just read the auto policy online. I had a terrible experience with them . Apart from that they didnt even stop my monthly premiums as the claim is still on and on . Its devastating to have chosen them . Never again .
