Our neighbours hired Weststar to work on their garage, which is attached to ours. Weststar applied stucco not only to our neighbours garage, but also a section of ours, and did so without our consent. They did not approach us or request our approval prior to applying the stucco to our garage. The colour they applied does not match other sections of our garage walls, giving our garage a mismatching, patchwork look. We have politely asked Weststar to remedy the situation by either restoring the portion of our garage that was painted to its original colour, or applying stucco to the remaining white/offwhite sections of our garage so that the appearance is consistent. The neighbours that hired Weststar have also asked for them to come and fix the problem. We have also asked them to clean areas of our property where stucco was splashed over the fence dividing our neighbours property from ours, and to reassemble a privacy screen they took down on our property and never reassembled (their team mistakenly set up for work on the wrong property and were preparing to work on our house even though it was our neighbours who had hired them rather than us). Weststar has ignored all of our messages and requests.
