**** ******* ** * **** * By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Please ! please ! do not chance it with this company. Go with a *** accredited company. ( ****** ******** ****** rated ) I had a tech come out and diagnose my washer machine and give me a quote for $400 to fix my washer machine. They came and changed the part and left. The machine didn’t work , the technician didn’t function check it. They came back and said that the mother board and sensor is fried. So essentially they took $400 , didn’t properly diagnose the issues then left me with a broken washer machine and asked for more money to repair it a second time ! This is all over the course of 2.5 weeks !!! Then when I tried to call to get a receipt , they wouldn’t give it to me !!! I’ve tried 5 times to call and get a receipt for the $400 that I already spent and they never give it to me. There are so many other more reputable places to call for repairs that are registered with the ****** ******** ******.Business response

Upon receiving your appliance for repair, our technicians conducted an initial diagnosis to identify the issue. At that time, we provided you with an estimate based on the information available. Unfortunately, during the repair process, our technicians discovered additional complications that required extra parts. This led to an increase in the total cost of the repair, which was not initially anticipated.
We understand that this unexpected change has caused disappointment, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. We also acknowledge your desire to cancel any further repairs on your appliance.
As a gesture of goodwill and in recognition of the inconvenience you have experienced, Advance Appliance Ltd has decided to provide you with a refund for the additional charges incurred during the repair process. Please allow the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
We hope that this resolution helps to alleviate your concerns, and we apologize once again for any confusion or frustration you may have experienced.
