Iam currently unable to work d/t a very bad back. I stopped working in 2023 June ****. I continued to make all of my truck payments bc I was hoping I would be going back to work and wouldnt need to claim on my insurance. However, in march I made up my mind that I couldnt go back to work and elected to send for the papaerwork for my disability insurance for my ****. I paid *** for this policy thru first Canadian insurance. When purchased, they tell you of ya its the best insurance, and they will go back to the date of injury. Come to find out when we received a letter from said insurance company that they only go back three months, so fine were ok with the fact that I paid when I didnt need to, but your gonna try to stop me from getting the insuarnce for this exact reason that Im claiming for?. Plus another very odd thing is they are requesting a tax assessment for my corporate company stating that we were making money.for the year before I bought my truck you wanna know my companies income, not mine, and why ****??? Thats not all they want, they also want his assessment for ****. Their application was so lengthy that it took three appointments to get to plus and X-ray so four apppintments, so, were talking months before we could even send in said application as it takes a long time to get into see a ** in **. Im broken and I have to **ive for an hour and a hour and half for an X-ray four times. Total cash grab and then you get nothing in return. I had the opportunity to speak with the umbudsman of said company, kinda like the cops investigation the cops from as far as I can see.
