            I can not even give them a star. We have a large driveway and sports court and we contracted them to clean it. One person showed up and spent most of his time on the phone than working. He was in and out in under 4 hours. They basically hosed down our driveway and that is it. Total ***** **** to get us to upgrade to the chemical cleaning. ***** * *** ******* **** ******* ** **** *** *** *** ** **** **** *** ***** ******** *** ****** ***** **** ******** **** ***** *** ******* **** ***** **** ** *** * *** **** ***** Lil Squirt came highly recommended and so we thought we would give them a try. After telling our friends that we only had one worker they were in shock as their home is small and they had three people out to do the work. They provided what Mother Nature supplies naturally RAIN!!!!!

            We did our best to satisfy this customer. The customer was offered two options for the cleaning services and she chose the one which was simply rinsing off the asphalt driveway and other areas to remove the loose dirt and debris. She did not choose the deep cleaning option we offered that would have also removed any algae/moss, etc as we explained. We did our best to try to appease her and refunded her almost all of the amount she had paid. It is unfortunate that the situation arose, but we did try our best to live up to our standards of high quality work and our customer satisfaction guarantee.
