We had an outstanding experience using Blue Brothers Services for our dryer vent/pipe cleaning, and I would highly recommend them. Right from my initial inquiry about price and availability, ***** was quick to respond and was able to squeeze us in quickly, and at a very reasonable rate. The communication was superb, with a follow up text to confirm the appointment, and another text on the morning of the booking to notify me that the technician, *****, was on his way. He arrived exactly on time and proceeded to get to work. ***** was extremely thorough, and despite the job taking longer and being more difficult than anticipated, they charged me the same rate as quoted. ***** made sure that all blockages were removed and came up with a plan to remove the lint/debris build up by accessing and cleaning the pipe from several interior and exterior points. I can honestly say that this was the best experience I have ever had as a homeowner with any service company. I feel completely reassured in the knowledge that the work was completed to excellent standards, and that our dryer and our home will be safe as a result.
