            I purchased a set of 4 ***** *** **** ***** ***** cartridges from this company back in October 2021. They are the company’s Moustache brand and warrantied for 1 year. As of January, two of the four cartridges had malfunctioned and were printing lines across pages or simply not dispensing toner at all. My blue and red needed to be replaced even though they both still had 60%+ toner left in them and I had only been using for 2.5 months. Between January and March I sent the company 6 support requests to the *************************** address listed on their website seeking the honouring of the warranty. The company did not respond to any request. I would like a refund on these cartridges as I have now been forced to purchase replacements elsewhere.
