****************! We accidently signed a contract in error advising them the next day. They did not care about our mistake or negotiate alternate terms. It was like they caught a fish and would not release. Like holding a gun to someone's head ready to shoot if you did not comply to the terms, with their contracts. *************** is a vicious business and these guys are total Piranha's. Unethical, non-negotiating, no compassion or understanding, no alternatives, just vicious. Run as fast as you can before signing anything with these guys!

This company is so shady. Despite multiple efforts (emails, phone calls and even filling up forms in their website) to end their contracts, they literally generate bills over a thousand dollars at their own wish ONE WHOLE YEAR after contracts done without letting you know anything beforehand as well as the efforts you put in order to clarify bills before ending the contract. And if you disagreed with those charges and refused to pay those at their own wish bill, they will hire collection company to LOWER YOUR CREDIT SCORE!! They split themselves in multiple departments and just throwing the ***** around without any intention to respond properly. And since their base point is over a thousand dollars, they will charge interests from time to time until it grows bigger making it looks like something else and keep forcing you to pay those unknown bills. Not to mention they occasionally ************* and had bad handling of your waste bin within the contract period. YOUR DISASTER WILL BEGIN ONCE YOU CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!

they lie and rip you off. the contract for a fixed price is not fixed, they constantly up the prices. canceling is near impossible

worst company i have ever dealt with, money hungry and dont care about the customer, horrible customer service, i would never use them again and would recommend a different garbage service! signed a contract with them almost a year in advance, things changed and i could no longer accept the bin on the property i was on, i contacted them 5 months prior by email telling them i couldn't accept the bin at the service date and would let them know when and where i could accept it, they wrote back telling me there was nothing they could do and i would have to pay the year out or find somewhere to put the bin on the bin placement day, this was 5 months before i was supposed to receive the bin! i called and talked to several people who only said there was nothing they could do, i asked to move the placement day back 3 months and the agreement would start then but again there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO, just horrible to deal with i will never use any of there products or gas stations again! STAY AWAY!

I was rear ended Oct 29th by one of your propane trucks. I have filed a claim with ICBC and tried to give as much information as I could remember as I was very shook over the whole incident. The driver of the other vehicle was extremely rude and even though I was trying to merge from the slow lane in at Glenmore and Union Rd in ******* he did not want to let me in. After he rear ended me we pulled over to exchange info he stated: "I have cameras on my truck and we have one of these incidents happen at least once a week and we NEVER lose" What is that?? Who even says that?I told him it was a merge in traffic he stated: "I only have to let one car in front of me you need to go behind me"I said "Where was I to go in the ditch ?? " I would have had to brake the entire length of his truck to try to get behind him as I was already in front clearly since he hit me from behind. He was not letting me merge and decided to hit me instead.He took a picture of my drivers license and when I asked for his he showed me a picture on his phone. I said I want the one in his wallet. He stated: "I don't have to carry a drivers license just a copy of it" Really ???? So all I got was a picture of his picture on his phone.I did call in to file a complaint against him to your company Super Save Disposal this morning as even driving without a drivers license is clearly WRONG!!!!I like to think I am a good and safe driver my driving record should show that over the last 38 years!! and I am teaching my children the same as I have an L and an N on my car for both my boys learning.This guy SHOULD NOT be driving a work vehicle he is dangerous!!!! AND RUDE!!!! Your driver is at fault 100% he was being an idiot driver and maybe one day he will kill a family driving this way. UNSAFE!!!!!!

STAY AWAY. I will never deal with this company again. I informed them on April 21, 2023 that I had sold my property, I had moved and, since I had no need for propane anymore, that my account needed to be closed. After 3 attempts via email I finally got someone to acknowledge that my account was closed - fortunately I saved our email communications as they would be needed later. In late July I received an emailed invoice from Super Save for the annual tank rental fee. I immediately called them and was told I'd get a credit for the amount that was going to be charged to my credit card. Yeah, that's right, my account was closed but apparently they decided to keep my automatic payment info. So, 2 weeks later, still no credit. Called them again - got a nice young lady who, once again, acknowledged my account was, in fact, closed back in April and that I'd get a credit to my credit card. 2 weeks later, still no credit. This time I figured I'd email them as it seemed I might need some additional ammunition to dispute the credit card charge. Again, promised a credit but then a manager steps in and tells me that since the current owner of my former property hadn't contacted them that I would be charged the tank rental fee for a tank that I wasn't using that was located on a property that wasn't mine. Does this make any sense? I told this fool that whether or not the current owner has contacted them was none of my concern and whether or not they went and picked up that tank was also none of my concern and that Super Save can - and should - go to h*** Out of curiosity I contacted the lady who bought my property - she told me that she did set up an account with ********************** Save back in April and had been expecting the tank rental invoice....but they sent it to me instead. Anyway, I filed a dispute with my credit card for the unauthorized charged and got my credit. Incompetent......and that is being kind. Lots of other propane suppliers out there - stay away from this one.

Well where do you start but never get them as I believe that they do not have good practices as I got a bin delivered and paid nearly 800 for it and got a finally bill for over 2500. Stating that they do not have back up to proof the weight as it came for household items (books,stuff animals, one tv stand, pillows,toys) as much as full load of salt or sand. Be careful buyer be aware

-0 stars. This company is bad. Been overcharging us , excessive admin fees in the name of Covid recovery fee?? Which I confirmed was never charged or included by other competitor companies in the area. When i fought for it they charged me an over weight charges which never happened as our bin was never packed even till half also even if it was in Ontario there is no law that allow them to charge for overweight of the garbage. When I called them multiple time and answers were given i stop my payment as was not getting the proper service which was promised by their so called dumb ass representative who doesn’t work with then anymore as per Christine M*******(very unprofessional person) The lady is at the main office is so ****. They made promises which were never respected.

If you want to get ******* on propane go here. Got 30lb tank filled and get light so I live accross the road yup 47 lbs fully loaded that's wroung it should be 55. So went back and trying to get them to admit it. He even said it should weigh about 53 pounds. Well? It? Doesn't at ways forty seven here s******* me about eight pounds right there. And then he tried doing the math well it Says how much it weighs on the side right yeah? 26 pounds it says so if you have 30 pounds. That would wait fifty six pounds not forty seven. And then if I doing math the other way well what's 47 - 50 26 21 pounds. So that's nine pounds still owing. So you're getting ******* out of propane that's *****
