I dont even know where to begin. Basically, dont waste your time! My floors were scheduled to be done and take 3 days, it took 5, one day they came at 5:30 knowing I had kids to feed and get to bed. The first day they came late, reasonable because there was a ton of traffic. Day two, the communication just completely lacked and continued from there. Eventually I told them not to show day 2 because it was 3 oclock and they still hadnt showed up. Everything from there just got worse. They finally did our floors (not the greatest job at all), so now they need to come back. Checked in for a follow up for them to come fix the issues, to which they said this weekend. Well now the weekend is over and still no update or set time. Meaning Ive now again changed my plans to accommodate them for them to not show up or communicate properly.Full bill came which was our initial quote, not even the accurate amount of square footage competed. Tried to tell me caulking wasnt included, so showed them my quote. To get them out of my house, I just told them to leave it. It was an extremely frustrating experience.The men that came to do the floors were completely disrespectful because Im a woman, and thats not even an assumption, it was very obvious when my partner was around. Overall, I would highly recommend you avoid this company. Will my floors ever be completed properly? At this point, I have very low hope.

Sometime situations are out of control, thats why theres a big chance of schedule change, When any sort of construction happen we can expect little delays due to many factors. I check with the installers, Nobody was rude also they were even praising your patience. Every community or a person has a different way of communicating so might you misunderstood.For floor inspection or fixing, our office personal already communicated with you.
