CAUTION BEWARE OF THE SCAMMER!"The Knowledge Academy".I signed up with a UK based ******************** 'The Knowledge Academy' from ************ in January 2023 for PMP certification. There were a lot of companies reaching out to take it up with them, unfortunately, I selected 'TheKnowledgeAcademy'.Since I was working at the time, I couldn't sign up for the training session and the *** exam. Later, when I had free time, as I wanted to focus right, I paid for the training and exam, where I was suggested and advised by my account manager *******************************, if I would like proxy exams, that is someone else appearing for me in my place, which I denied. One of their staff, **************, was reported to the customer services, and I was referred to three (3) different people to sign up for booking the spot for the exams.I booked the spot which was overlooked as I needed help to sign up, yet booked for the next upcoming session of the training. I got skeptical about this 'twist' in the matter, and requested them for a refund of the paid training & exam fee, which I had not taken. The customer service head, *********************************, tried to convince me to get back with the Academy, never mentioned there's no refunding in the matter, wasted my time, and when I completely declined to get back with them and denied to refund. The entire logic he presented was baseless.Reached out to their info@theknowledgeacademy, the **** @***********************, who didn't respond.

Formal Complaint: Concerns Regarding The Knowledge Academy I am writing to formally express my concerns and to alert you about my recent experience with The Knowledge Academy, which has raised serious questions regarding their business practices.I was contacted by an individual named ***********************, who identified himself as an Account Manager with **********************. Over a period of several weeks, **************** persistently reached out to me, advocating for a PgMP training course that was purported to aid in preparation for the *** exam.Regrettably, after the company processed a payment of $1,536 from my account for the aforementioned course, scheduled to commence on December 18, 2023, it came to my attention that the instructor promoted as part of the course offering has no actual affiliation with The Knowledge Academy. This was confirmed when the instructor herself inquired about the unauthorized use of her credentials, to which the company provided no satisfactory explanation.This experience has led me to believe that The Knowledge Academy may be engaging in deceptive marketing practices, and I am deeply concerned that others may also be at risk of being misled. I was under the impression that The Knowledge Academy was a *** authorized training partner, but this incident has cast significant doubt on that assumption.I urge anyone considering The Knowledge Academy for professional development purposes to exercise caution. Additionally, I recommend skepticism towards any unsolicited contact, especially if there is a request to communicate through unofficial channels such as WhatsApp.I felt it was my responsibility to share this experience to prevent further potential deception. I would appreciate your attention to this matter and any advice you may have on how to proceed.

This is by far the worst experience I have had with any learning provider. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I registered for the **** self-paced cost and it is one of the worst mistakes I have made. It is nothing but an AI reading in an incoherent manner, and just reading slides without structure, and in the wrong order. I could have gotten way better than that on ******** for free!I have made several complaints about the material, and shown them evidence in pictures and videos, asked to be switched to a better learning experience or to be given a refund. When I asked for a refund, they mentioned that they would resolve it as soon as possible. When they wanted me to enroll for the course, they followed up and called severally. All of a sudden, their customer service is extremely slow and non-existent. I enrolled at the end of November, so that I can be ready for the **** exam in December, and they have wasted 3 whole weeks of my time. No solution, no response to my emails. I want my deposit back.

Very disappointed with course and customer service. I took a CSM and the course was basically an instructor, in *****, reading off a power point presentation, in a broken English. I have been requesting the link to take the exam, but three weeks after completing the corse, no one has sent it to me, nor reached out. They took my credit card payment and that was it. Never heard from anyone again. There are other schools with better reputation. If I had known, I would never have gone with the ***

Impossible to raise a formal complaint. Does not listen or respond to issues raised also providing evidence that the course lacks factual and relevant content to the course paid for Then refused Exam voucher (I had to purchase another course elsewhere due to lack of content) I should have know from the start when the company was so pushy calling one after another until payment was made and now don't want to listen or file a formal complaint

This company has violated privacy rules around calling someone who has explicitly said not be called. They have acknowledge many times that they will stop calling but still does. **** also call me from multiple different numbers which definitely shows that they know what they are doing, Please BBB address this company's business practice.

I paid money for a health and safety awards program with this organization. I paid over $1,550.00 CAN dollars towards this course and program only to find out after taking the course they did not provide the information to write my exam.. the day I was supposed to write my exam I booked off work and they avoided all of my calls continuing to tell me lies about how they sent the information to other people and asking me to call long distance numbers only to find out I was not going to write my exam nor receive my certificate. This company is a terrible company I Do not recommend and I would like a refund for fake products and promises.. I would ask anyone who has information about this company to call the police and report them for fraud. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU FALSE AND FAKE INFORMATION AND CONTINUE TO KEEP THEIR LIES GOING AND WASTE YOUR TIME. If the BBB is able to help me get a refund I would greatly appreciate this as this was the worst investment in my life

I can give negative stars if they had that option. They gave me fake promises about the training *** **** **. Even though they have a return policy on their website, I have been trying to get my money back since I enrolled, made more than 50 calls, and contacted many people but they did not help me. I also contacted the senior person from management regarding my issue and he said they can not refund my money even though it is their fault. I have put the ticket for the refund, let's see how many years they are taking for the refund. Please do not enroll for any training, they will not give your hard-earned money back even if they failed to provide what they promised to deliver.

I was looking out for a blended course that included Self-learning and live classes. The Knowledge Academy course material was prefect. my trainer was extremely knowledgeable and experienced.
