            Rob is the genuine article, an experienced and committed professional. He will also go out of his way to resolve unusual challenges and has the know-how to sort pretty much anything out to do with glass and windows. I had a really unusual situation and needed to get 1/4" thermal units installed or face the cost or replacing the entire frame. No one else would do it claiming that no one will make the older spec windows. Well, Rob either has better connections and/or isn't primarily interested in up-selling you a more expensive option. He and his assistant were in and out on time and the job was perfectly.
