At that time customers complained that after paying for an experience package, they were unable to reach out to the company by phone or email to request refunds for non delivery of services. Google listed the address at 5575 Marine Dr but it is occupied by another business and their website is no longer available, the "website expired".

            On September 3rd and 17th, BBB left 2 voicemails for Scenic Rush but as of September 24th has not heard back from the business.

            Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of Scenic Rush.

            I purchased a gift card to this business in May 2024, via their website, for a luxury car driving experience. I spent $2037.00 on the gift ******* August 2024 I attempted to redeem the gift card to book the driving experience. I never heard back to my booking inquiry. I attempted to email and call the business multiple times and received no answer. An article was then published in late August 2024 on *** about another person who has experienced this same thing - purchased a gift card but was unable to redeem it. The website for the business has since been deactivated and there is no way of contacting the business or employees/owners of the business. The resolution I am seeking is a refund
