    We built a new house and Accurate did the wiring and all the audio for our new build. The system has never worked right from the beginning. The speakers have crackled and produced a lot of static from day 1. They were here multiple times over the course of the first couple years (before Covid). They couldn't fix the static issues and had no idea what was causing it. They had given me a free skybell (which was nice...and justified) because of all the times they were here trying to fix issues and eating up my entire day(s) with waiting for them to come and attempt to solve this. We were trying to suck it up (as we were done wasting our time for them to come time after time and still not solve the issues) but the static/crackling was just getting worse where we couldn't take it any longer and called them back to try again. There had been a 2 year gap since they came last to look at this issue but it was pointless calling as Covid was not allowing most companies to come into homes. I wasn't aware I should be calling them on a daily basis to report the ongoing static issue. They had come back to try and solve the issue 4 or 5 times when they were finally able to come back into houses. The static issue was never solved despite the technician telling the company it had been fixed. They did try a couple solutions of checking my amp (which no deficiencies were found) and replace the bailin kits for the speakers (which did not solve the issue either). The system was not under warranty any longer, but they never fixed the static issue when it was under warranty. Just because it had been a couple years since we last sent a complaint about the static doesn't discount that it was still the original problem. I had sent the president an audio sample of the issue and he told me that the static could be from my car and his employee told him it was fixed. My experience wasn't great with this company. * ***** ********* *** **** * ********* ******* ** ** **** *****

    Unfortunately, Mr. Yarmey is trying to use the system that he purchased for something it is not capable of.  We have repeatedly tried to work with him to resolve his issues, however his expectations of the equipment he purchased are beyond its capabilities.

    We have spoken with Mr. Yarmey multiple times to explain to him that he requires different equipment to accomplish what he desires, however, he has declined to upgrade his system.

    It is unfortunate that his review contains some misinformation of the facts, however, we are just unable to satisfy this customer.
