Hello, my name is ***** ********. My husband, ***** ******* owns a 2018 ******* Sportsman 450 HO. We were having issues with our ******* stalling out when slowing down consistently. We made an appointment with Raleigh Motoplex & Marine on Chain Lake Drive, Halifax, Nova Scotia. Our bike went in on July 31, 2024. They had the bike for about 8 days, called us to tell us to pick it up and it was fixed. My husband picked up the bike, paid the $993.22 bill and took it home. Needless to say, nothing was fixed and it was exactly the same. We called Rallye explaining it was not fixed. They made another appointment for us to bring it back in 2 weeks. We did. Another 2 weeks went by and no one got in touch with us, so I decided to call them. They told me they believed it was ready and they would call my husband or myself a little later on that day. They called my husband and told him he can come pick it up. When my husband came home, he looked unhappy. Rallye told him they can't find the problem and they are done trying to fix it. So, instead of working with us and offering at least a part of the $1000.00 dollars we paid back, they basically said….someone has to pay for labor! Terrible customer service, unprofessional and down right bad business. If ******* mechanics can’t find the issue why a ******* ATV is stalling out, wouldn't that basically mean there must be a defective issue somewhere within the ATV and it should be looked at for a recall possibility and not just pushed aside?? What kind of professional company does this? I would be embarrassed giving the bike back to the owner not fixed and charging $1000.00. Rallye, you should be ashamed of your company. 1. Bought used ATV 10th April 2. Bought because had low mileage and owned by 82 year old person. 3. Told bike oils changed front to back and bike totally inspected. 4. Bought bike for $ 9857.85 5. Handed a plate, paperwork and asked if I wanted to buy insurance for $2000.00. Said no. For motor and parts and service after sale. 6. Three days later picked up my trail pass and was putting plate on bike and noticed the registration is not in my name. Took bike for first drive. Roughly 30 miles. Brake on left handle bar cable is seized and there is a hesitation to the bike everytime you let off gas and takes roughly 5 seconds for it to kick in. 8. Called them on registration when I got back. Person that sold it to me asked me to send pic of registration and he would send me mine. The one I have is still in their name. Waited one week still no registration 10 days after bike bought. Called back and told salesperson again about the registration and the problems that I had with bike. He said they fired the guy that sold me the bike he had no clue what he was doing send him registration. I said can I send you pic he said no. Started to sound like a **** job to me. I said I would bring it down. Service guys called made appt for following Tuesday at 1:00. I was there 10:30 that day hoping to get it looked at early. I live 3 hours away. $150.00 or more a trip. Twice. Asked them to keep me informed so I could leave early as I could. Said they would. They never. Called at 4:05 so I could get bike before they closed. Guy said he would check with service manager call me right back. Never did. I left to go there. Bike was not looked at. I had an appt at 1. I live 3 hrs away. They said they couldn't help that. Said they would fixe bike and send to me all at my cost. I said I want my money back. Said that's not going to happen. THIS IS 24 DAYS NOW AND ITS STILL NOT IN MY NAME AND BIKE STILL NOT WORKING. I WANT MY 10,000 BACK AND I WILL GIVE THEM THEIR **** THATS STILL IN THEIR NAME.Review from Sean M

Worst experience in my life trying to buy a snowmobile, agreed on a sled and purchase price and sent a deposit. The day of pickup I was told that my deal was no longer valid and told me they screwed up, sales manager advised me to go pound sand or take us to court. DONT NOT BUY FROM THEM.Review from Nathalie H

I would never buy anything else there they are a bunch of ****** they sold me a side by side told me they did all The inspection report for the machine that was not true they clutch at the be replaced there was 2 recall that was not done on the bike and yesterday when for a 2 nd drive the motor let go ..I was told you bought the bike now it's your problem you own it by matt the service manager.... told me was by weekly payments they charge me monthly got there paper on the seat never saw nobody for nothing no one explain to me my payment never signe nothing they told me after it was all done with the pre-approval online NEVER AGAIN PROPLE STAY AWAY FROM THERE ...Review from Tia W

I would never buy a bike here again!! ****** sold me a bike he was the only good out of the whole experience! **** was extremely unprofessional and talking **** ** *** ********* ********** ** ***** ** *** ****** *** **** ****** ********* **** ** ******** ****** ** ****** ****** ** ***** **** **** ***** **** ***!! He messed up my paperwork and wouldn’t fix it. I had asked for biweekly payment and he put it as monthly. I had to pay $500 to hold the bike until paperwork was completed. Instead of putting the $500 on the bike as a payment he tried to refund it. They were only able to give me $200 back. It’s been almost for months and he’s has not sent me the cheque for the $300 he owes me. I’ve made several phone calls to him and Steve about giving my money back. They keep saying it was sent but it hasn’t I’ve even checked the mailing address to make sure it was right. It’s all lies and ***** I wish I never bought my bike from them. I want my money back so I never have to see that lying ******** place again.Review from Nicholas M

Not impressed at all. Had a agreement with *** ****** on a 2022 ******* *** **** for 23899.Filled out the forms the day before everything was good. Only to find out he didn’t not process the paper work at all The Bike turned into 26999.*** has a very lack of knowledge about bikes little to none actually couldn’t answer none of my Financing questions or anything about the bike without speaking to someone else How ever the store is awesome people are very friendly. Just very disappointed in. Giving me the wrong. Price. And wrong financing rate after I drove 3 hours each way.and yes I left pissed off. Returned 2000$ worth of accessories I bought for the bike while waiting on paper work and left with no bike. Not impressed at all.
