            **** they didn’t properly fix issues as stated in our contract we tried getting them back. They **** saying we were giving false claims. They terminated our contract and refuse to make proper repairs even with proof from manufacturer issues are due to faulty installation. Customer service is the worst. When I ********** ******** ****** ***** ******* ***** *** ********** me with a *******. List can go on. Please contact for more information.

            Atlantic Home Warranty Program Response

            The homeowner submitted 13 items to be reviewed as deficiencies within the one-year timelines in the New Home Warranty Agreement. After a review, it was determined that 11 qualified. These were completed by an experienced contractor in accordance with the Construction Performance Guidelines for Atlantic Home Warranty, as accessible on our website. The homeowner then identified a hairline crack in the living room ceiling during the re-inspection. A Re-inspection report was sent to the homeowner. The new crack was not stated to be a “false claim” but rather, not part of the homeowner’s original deficiency list and outside the scope of the Agreement. We are sorry that the homeowner feels that his issues were not addressed. We encourage all homeowners to carefully review the terms of their Agreement and the Guidelines. Atlantic Home Warranty has an A+ rating and is an accredited member of the BBB for over 35 years. We work hard to conciliate matters between homeowners and builders to make the residential construction marketplace trustworthy for all parties.
