Very disappointed. Paid $800 for an incomplete job due to an emergency on their part. The owner *** telling us he would come back and complete job himself. After a phone call and text messages learn today that he is too busy and cannot come back in our agreed upon time frame for Real Estate Listing. Therefore I paid full price for half a job.

That’s a complete lie we had no emergency. We squeezed you into our schedule because you said your painter left you and you were listing the condo in a week that was 6 weeks ago? We completed the kitchen/halls/bathroom and 2 walls that you added the morning we painted so I told you 800 for the walls and 100 for trim touch ups (labour only you had the paint on site) …you happily agreed. We couldn’t do the trim because you had the wrong paint…I told you what paint to get and to pick it up on Monday because the only day I could come back was Wednesday evening you agreed but you waited three weeks and called while I was in Ont. I told you I would look at my schedule when I got home. I couldnt come when you wanted me to so you started with all these threading text it was kinda ugly to tell the truth because when we left your house you couldn’t have been happier with us, you even raved about us at the paint store how grateful you were that we squeezed you in but your mood sure did change when I couldn’t accommodate your time frame. I have a word of advise for you, when you have contractors coming to your home you should be sober enough to remember what took place. I wish you the best. Take care.
