Worst customer service I've ever had. I had placed an order for a head unit as I had thought mine had broken but was luckily able to fix it by soft rebooting my system. I had called them to then cancel my order as it had only been placed an hour or so beforehand and the charge wasnt even on my card yet. All seemed fine except for the fact that the employee on the line was either confused or upset that I was returning the producted, that didn't even have a shipping label yet, but that it was no problem. He would talk to his boss and get that order canceled no problem. Fast forward a week later, I get an email from them saying that my headunit had just been sent. It was weird and I thought maybe it was a glitch or some processing thing as they cleared the error out of the system. However, I then checked my bank account and they had decided to charge it, so they did not cancel my order they just delayed it. I promptly called in again and was told to wait until the item comes in and call back so they can send me return mailing. Well, the head unit came in and I am now at a week of phone calls and emails which have resulted in nothing and now dont get responses from this business at all. It truly feels like they waited to push the charge through and ****** me after I had already been told the order had been canceled.
