              The most horrendous service department ever. No one picks up, 10-15 calls minimum to get a hold of a human. No one ever explains your bill before you pay, just take your card and swipe, I have caught numerous charges that were incorrect, shouldn’t have been there, or had nothing to do with my vehicle. I have sent endless emails to their service manager, it only gets worse. They never provide proper paperwork of their included multiple point inspections, half the time when I ask they “can’t find it” and just write one up on the spot, how is anyone supposed to trust that. They are only good at charging and billing you, they are experts for that.. but to communicate, follow through on commitments, and value you as a customer not so much… really really bad.
