    I wrote a complaint and someone by the name Anita replied very indistinctly. I asked what was her position, and she stopped responding. Instead of apologizing and giving me a card for $50, or even less, they stopped communicating. So, they lose a customer who used to spend $200 on a weekly basis. Poor customer service. ***************************** Please be advised that today at around 12.30 I was cashing out at register #2. Cashier: Sanreet. 1. When my hands were on the moving counter, she turned it on and my hands moved with the band. ** ****** *** There was no necessity to move it as I was still putting out my products and there was no on in line after me. **** *** ****** ****. 2. At the same point, before I moved on I asked the cashier to make a separate receipt for chocolates and showed the box to her. I usually do not check what the cashiers count, but this time I did. The screen showed that she scanned the chocolates twice, and one was supposed to be on a separate receipt. When I mentioned that to her, she began to search my bags ** * **** **** ********* ******* ** ** * *** * *****. 3. * *** ******** I asked to call the manager. She picked up the phone and then began to check out the next customer. I was standing and waiting. Then I asked when the manager was coming. She answered ** * ******* ****** that there was no manager in the store, and no one was coming. Why did she keep me waiting??? This was another insult. * ** * ****** ******** ** ************* *** ***** **** **** ******* This disrespectful behaviour is inacceptable. I have been your customer for several months and I spend 150 to 200 dollars every week in this store. I hereby request a satisfaction for the poor customer service.
