I got approved through this company. I was quick and provided every detail they asked for, they were vague and ********* and wouldn't talk about rates or prices and failed to even hint at the idea of charging exorbitant fees for just using them. Once the approval came back they said it would be 26.9% for 66 months at $301 bi weekly on a $15,500, 10 year old vehicle. For context I have a brand new **** currently from **** credit, only a few months old at prime rate so my credit is not out of this world. I said I'd think about it and after I checked the math and realized they were way off. When I called back they start going on about how it's a $1695 fee to use their services. $799 lender fee and an unoptional life insurance policy for $1300. I declined all together at that point. Mark the **** finance person who was dealing with me then got defensive and started yelling at me over top of me trying to talk about how unreasonable and ridiculous they were. I finally hollered at him told him I was talking and he hung up. Trying to get a manager involved I just kept getting the run around. Very poor service. **** ***** ******** DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THEM. Also if they feel the need to comment and share any of my details that would be slanders since I see they do that regularly on there bad reviews
