Absolutely horrible customer service! I have a medical exemption to the mask and they did not allow me to be in the bakery. The cashier told me that they do not accept people who have medical exemptions, and that I would have to use their curbside delivery. I informed the cashier that she has to honour medical exemptions and that by not doing so, that she is acting in a ************** way. I assured her that I will not be giving her my business, and that I will be filling a HR complaint and I walked out. In Ontario, you have to respect and honour medical exemptions for face coverings, and she failed to acknowledge this, *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** ********************* I will never support this business, and I am going to file a formal HR complaint against you.

It is very clear to me that I was treated with ************** because I have an exemption. This is absolutely intolerable that this is happening in Canada. I was made to feel guilty and shameful for my condition and and I will not accept to be treated this way. I was treated like a second-class citizen and I cannot believe this. I am voicing my story because I dont want other people with medical exemptions to be treated the way I was treated at this bakery. Save yourself the trouble, and spend your money elsewhere! Absolutely disgraceful and you should be ashamed of yourselves! We are all human and should be treated with respect and dignity.
